I moved across country to start a new career and life chapter. I wanted help moving through this transition with courage and positivity. The Intention Program taught me how to be more comfortable in my own skin, to share my voice, and to be more self-referential. The Intention Program is:

    • A lifestyle course that helps you learn and practice positive thinking skills that enhance your well-being and enjoyment of life.
    • A weekly series of six 1-hour workshops delivered via live video calls so you can participate from anywhere in the world.
    • A personal growth program created and taught by intention expert Ann Drew Yu.Each week for six weeks, we will move together through specific, illuminating exercises; learn one lifestyle skill per week to practice between sessions; set small, personalized intentions that excite you; and support one another as we grow.

The innovative curriculum is:

    • Part practical, specific tools that draw upon neuroscience, positive psychology,and Eastern philosophy
    • Part inner work to help you move forward, trust your voice, and build new habits.
    • Part support and gentle accountability as you develop a new way of thinking.

Kim’s Story

I’d just chosen to leave my corporate job, and I wanted a new, positive framework to approach whatever came next in my transition. I called Ann maybe four minutes after clicking on her Good Intentions newsletter that introduced her “Five Essential Steps to Positive Change.” I knew right then I needed her coaching.

And so I began The Intention Program journey with Ann. My calls with Ann became the highlight of my week. About Ann

I bring to this program:

  • Thirteen years of experience helping people create positive change in their lives using a framework that is simple and empowering.
  • With me, you get a unique combination of skills and expertise. You get an innovative educator who knows firsthand that experiential learning is the most effective way to integrate information and build new habits. I designed The Intention Program with this in mind.
  • You also get my spiritual, intuitive side. As a certified Feng Shui practitioner, my deep knowledge of and respect for principles of energy flow and Eastern philosophy inform what I teach, how I coach, and the way I live my life. My approach is grounded in kindness, encouragement, and non-judgment.
  • And then, there’s my authentic journey. I have walked – and continue to walk – my own journey of intention through the lens of self-discovery and growth. My ongoing practice of the framework I teach has led to greater happiness, fulfillment, and an expanding awareness of what is possible for my life.

Ann Drew Yu is an educator, speaker, and writer in the personal development field. She is the creator of The Intention Program and The Intention Box, a lifestyle tool that has been featured in local and national media. She earned her Masters Degree in Literature from Middlebury College. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, two sons, and dog Atlas.
