Hi, Ann - I really enjoyed the party, and introduction to the Intention Box. I’ve been using my box since the party - and love it! I set my intention each morning, and I find it brings a “pause” right away in the day, helps me to prioritize and focus. Sometimes, the intentions have been “substantive” (i.e. - clean those old files off my work desk) and sometimes the intentions have been “for me” (i.e. - it’s Sunday - hit the beach!). Either way - I’ve found the box is becoming a ritual in my morning … something to look forward to with my coffee, before reading the paper. Take care!
