Seattle Life Coach. Minneapolis Life Coach. Adventurer.

A few facts:

• I'm a Seattle Life Coach and Minneapolis Life Coach (with clients all over the country). I help people who want to be more intentional with their life, but don’t know how to go about it.

• In addition to being a professional coach, I’m an educator and writer in the personal development field. I’m the creator of The Intention Program, a lifestyle curriculum; and The Intention Box, a lifestyle tool. I’ve helped hundreds of adults and youth access their personal power.

• I’m a trained coach (CoActive Training Institute), and I earned my Masters Degree in Literature from Middlebury College.

• I live in Minneapolis and Seattle with my husband and dog Zephyr, and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my two adult sons. I bring all of this expertise and life experience to our work together.

A few beliefs:

• I believe cultivating a life of intention takes effort - and it’s worth it.

• I believe your intention is a source of renewable energy that’s available to you every day.

• And I absolutely believe that right-sized adventure is a secret spark of vitality.

let’s work together

To help you accelerate your journey toward greater fulfillment, I offer a unique combination of skills and expertise:

• I bring to you 20+ years of experience helping people create positive changes using the framework of intentionality that I developed.

• I’m a CTI-trained coach (Co-Active Training Institute), a rigorous coach training program that many consider to be the “gold standard.”

• I bring all of myself to our sessions - my spiritual, intuitive side and my practical, analytical side.

• I’m a practitioner of what I teach.

Twenty years ago, I was introduced to the ancient wisdom “any energy can be shifted with intention.” Not one to accept things at face value, I’ve been testing this wisdom in the laboratory of my life ever since. So far, I’ve experienced it to be true. When I focus on intentions that are grounded in the energy of love, mountains have been moved. It would be an honor to work with you on your journey.

And just for fun — a few highlights from my life journey…
